Further activities of the center management
- Design and implementation of surveys of business owners, e.g., regarding business conditions, satisfaction with the location, and support needs
- Qualitative surveys of visitors and residents regarding perceptions, quality of the experience, frequency of visits, and length of stay in downtown areas
- Coordination, organization, and consolidation of activities; networking among stakeholders; and initiation and management of projects and processes in the downtown area in coordination with existing local business associations and promotional groups
- Establishment and maintenance of a network for collaboration and regular exchange among various stakeholders to revitalize the downtown area and reduce vacancies
- Establishment, preparation, coordination, and facilitation of a regularly convening committee (“City Marketing Roundtable”)
- Advisory support for the establishment of a neighborhood association or a Business Improvement District (BID) in accordance with the Lower Saxony Neighborhood Act (NQG)
- Further development of existing event formats and initiation of new ones to create reasons to visit and increase foot traffic
